MGM offer leaseback or outright ownership

MGM offers maximum flexibility for people seeking to buy in one of their residences. As a buyer you can choose to buy under a leaseback arrangement, or to buy your property outright. This offers a great range of options for people seeking to enter the rental market, as well as maximum flexibility for those who want to enjoy outright ownership.

What is a leaseback property?

A leaseback property is one where the buyer leases the property back to the seller on completion of the purchase. The seller is then in charge of managing the property, which means taking care of things like maintenance, service, booking, and marketing. Leaseback schemes stipulate particular levels of occupancy, and some may restrict usage at peak times.

Why leaseback?

Essentially, leaseback offers a simple way to maximise rental income while enjoying the benefits of owning a home in the mountains. Various tax incentives, including the French 20% VAT rebate schemes, work to make a leaseback property a particularly lucrative proposition.

What is an outright property purchase?

An outright property purchase is the same as buying any second home. Depending on the developer's terms, you may still be able to enjoy the onsite facilities free of charge or for a nominal fee. You will be responsible for those additional services such as property management.

Why buy outright?

You would purchase a property outright in order to have the freedom to use it as much as you want and still enjoy access to the facilities of a resort-style development. It should be noted that some developers may have a service charge.

MGM Constructeur create exceptional residences in premium locations. Their respect for and knowledge of the mountains means each property is designed with acute attention to detail, and to reflect the mountain heritage.

Carefully crafted natural materials combine with an innate understanding of what prospective residents need from their new ski home to deliver properties that offer the highest level of comfort and convenience.

This spirit of understanding and honouring the mountains is what makes MGM so skilled in their creation of stunning mountain homes.
