The wonderful ski resort Le Lys – Cauterest can be found in the Arrondissement of Argelès-Gazost, Hautes-Pyrènèes, Occitania, France.
This idyllic resort offers guests 36km of slopes to explore. There are 21km of easy slopes for beginners to enjoy and build on their confidence, intermediate skiers are able to explore 21km of slopes and expert skiers have 3km of difficult runs to challenge. Alternative to the slopes there is a snow park and valley run to be discovered and a sledge zone.
Elevations here are between 1,360 and 2,415m, there are 8 operational lifts transporting guests across the resort, the Soum de Grum 2,657m is the highest point delivering some magnificent views. If guests take the Breche chair lift to the highest point of 2,415m both beginners and intermediate skiers are able to enjoy the high-altitude slopes. Black runs can be accessed by using the Barbat lift.
Between skiing guests are able to sit back and relax in the many restaurants, bars and snack bars located throughout the resort and hidden in the mountain.
