The ski resort Gourette (Eaux-Bonnes) is located in the Arrondissement of Oloron-Sainte-Marie district of France and is well known for its winter sports facilities. With elevations between 1,350 and 2,450 metres and stretching over 35 kilometres of forest runs and ski paths, this resort is perfect for beginner skiers as they can have endless fun on the 18 kilometres of blue slopes, ‘la Foret’ is a smooth slope located in the lower part of the mountain. Intermediate skiers can show off their skills on the 13 kilometres of red slopes including ‘La Glacier and L’ancolie’ and those who are extremely confident can experience the 4 kilometres of expert black runs including the Les Flancs du Ger.
A trip to Gourette (Eaux-Bonnes) is not complete without a visit to the viewing point which is situated at elevations of 2,450 metres right at the top of Secteur Pene Blanque. There is an abundance of other activities for example tobogganing, Nordic Dog sledding, ice climbing and there is even a kid’s park. So, whether you're a beginner skier, or a powder professional you are sure to find something for you at the Gourette (Eaux-Bonnes) ski resort.
