Or alternatively you can sign a 20 year commercial lease with the onsite management company Odalys and receive a fixed rental amount each year with personal use options. If you sign either rental contract you will benefit from receiving back all the VAT included in your purchase price (20%) but also of course the rental income received less the commission. Les 2 Alpes is a family friendly ski resort which benefits from an unusually high amount of sunshine to it's mostly south facing slopes and due to its fantastic biking & hiking trails is also a sought after destination in the summer.
