The ski resort Elsigen-Metsch – Frutigen is located in Adelboden-Frutigen, Bernese Oberland in Switzerland and is a favourite ski resort for many with its wide range of slopes and wide range of exciting activities to explore.
In totality the resort consists of 30 kilometres of slopes with elevations between 1,250 and 2,289 meters, this and it’s 110 Snow cannons means that fantastic snow coverages is ensured throughout the winter season. There are slopes of all difficulty levels ranging from steep slopes to beginner runs, the 10 kilometres of ‘easy’ blue runs are perfect for beginners who are looking to try out their skis for the first time. 17 kilometers of ‘intermediate’ red runs and 3 kilometers of ‘expert’ black runs provide some steep and exhilarating slopes for the more advanced skiers to challenge themselves. The resort also has 2 fantastic snow parks for snowboarders to show off their skills on a range of different obstacles including a half pipe and box rails.
When it comes to dining and apres ski the snow curve Metschalp is an ideal meeting place where you can reminisce on your favourite slopes of the day with friends and family as well as stopping for a quick snack.
Berggasthaus Höchst offers breathtaking alpine views as well as serving delicious seasonal dishes. Whatever you enjoy doing, there is so much to choose from at this outstanding resort.
