Jakobshorn (Davos Klosters) ski resort can be found in Eastern Switzerland, this beautiful resort offers guests 41.2km of varied slopes and 13km of ski routes, making it one of the largest resorts in the area. It is home to 11 operational lifts to transport guests across the mountain between elevations of 1540 and 2,590m.
The Jakobshorn ski area is the freestylers mountain, for the adrenaline seekers the ‘Jatz Park’ is a wonderful experience with more than 20 elements to board and jump. For entertainment guests can enjoy the famous ‘Bolgen Plaza’ located at the base of Jakobshorn, also here special events are held throughout the season an example is ‘international snowboarding event’ a freestylers contest and the popular Davos Youth Snow Sport Day.
The slopes are varied and wide, well maintained and easy to navigate, both of the valley runs lead through forested areas down to the base, the beasy runs are located around the base station at Bolgen, there are 25.5km of easy terrain to enjoy, intermediate skiers have more widespread runs across the mountain covering 13.2km and there are 2.5km of difficult slopes.
When purchasing your ski pass remember that the Davos Slosters Mountain pass is valid for Jakobshorn, Parsenn, Rinerhorn Madrisa and Pischa, all resorts are easiy accessible via the Rhaetian railway or bus.
