Leysin ski resort is a wonderful delight hidden in the Canton of Waadt, Lemanic Region, Switzerland.
This resort is a favourite amongst many avid ski and snowboarders, even though easy terrain dominates there is so much more going on here that is attractive. There are 60km of slopes available, 43km of easy, 15km of intermediate and 2km of difficult slopes, as well as a valley run, snow park and halfpipe. There are 13 fully working lifts to transport guests around the resort and between the elevations of 1,250 and 2,205m. For dining at high altitudes, the Refuge de Mayen is highly recommended, offering wonderful panoramic views, the best dining experience and most delicious hot chocolate, the staff are friendly and welcoming and the ambience is perfect.
The slopes here at Leysin are linked to those of Less Mosses - La Lécherette, combined to make up over 100km of slopes, great for families travelling with children to offer so much variety.
