Race downhill in Aspen, Colorado 

2023 has exciting things on the horizon for Aspen, Colorado. This year, they will be hosting the Audi FIS Ski World Cup, scheduled for March. The racers will compete on the downhill course on Aspen Mountain. 

Additionally, work has begun on increasing the skiable terrain of Aspen’s flagship, Pandora Mountain. Once complete, there will be 20% more space for skiing on Pandora. It will include 1,220 vertical feet of groomed trails and glades, for intermediates to advanced skiers. Not only will this expansion make Aspen that more thrilling, it will also secure the area for skiing in climate-challenged seasons, as the expansion is set to be north-facing and of a high elevation.
