#Facing the forest#
At the Belvedere in Courchevel Moriond, SUMMUM I occupies the top floor of a small and discreet residence comprising only a handful of apartments, quietly set at the edge of a larch forest.
Designed as a family penthouse, the apartment offers a fluid layout centered around an open living area with fireplace ? the true heart of the home ? extended by several balconies facing the forest. Here, the view settles on the trees and the depth of the woodland, within a preserved environment without overlooking neighbours.
The current configuration includes four bedrooms, complemented by a mezzanine that can accommodate a TV lounge, reading area, or an additional relaxation space. This central volume gives the penthouse a distinctive sense of openness and a different way of experiencing life in the mountains.
Currently nearing completion, with delivery scheduled for July, the apartment still offers the possibility to refine certain layouts and imagine a decorative atmosphere tailored to its future owners.
At the Belvedere, mountain life unfolds throughout the seasons. In winter, days revolve around skiing and walks through snow-covered woodland. When the snow recedes, trails wind through the forest to Lake Rosière, one of Courchevel's most beautifully preserved natural landscapes.
A penthouse oriented toward the forest, discreet and protected ? a different way to experience the mountains in the heart of Courchevel Moriond.
