At the Belvedere in Courchevel Moriond, SUMMUM II occupies the top floor of a small and discreet residence, quietly set at the edge of nature.
Open onto a preserved environment, the apartment enjoys a peaceful setting, away from passing crowds, where the eye naturally settles on the surrounding trees and the calm of the landscape.
Designed for hosting and gathering, the layout is centered around an open living area extended by balconies. The apartment currently offers five bedrooms, as well as a mezzanine that can accommodate a TV lounge, reading area, or additional relaxation space.
Currently nearing completion, with delivery scheduled for July, SUMMUM II still offers the possibility to refine certain layouts and imagine a more personal interior atmosphere.
