La Morte resort information

The Ski Resort Alpe du Grand-Serre La Morte is located in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes area of France and only 1 hour and 20 minutes away from Chambery Airport.

The resort boasts a fantastic 55 kilometres of slopes with elevations ranging between 1,367 and 2,184 meters. This snowy paradise is more suited for beginners and intermediate skiers with 36km of blue runs and 17km of red runs. However expert skiers will thrive at the resort too and can thrill seek on the 2km of expert black slopes.

Other winter sports include exhilarating fat biking, ice riding shoe hiking, snow trail hiking with snow shoe hiking, horse riding and more day to day activities of football and tennis.

Alpe du Grand has a great deal to offer as a resort, with access to a variety of things to see and do in the area and the ability to reach restaurants, bars and shops very easily. Les Melezes is a very cosy little restaurant and serves fantastic crepes as well as a range of other dishes for the whole family.
