Le Semnoz ski resort is a cosy little retreat hidden away in Lac d’Annecy, just 30 minutes from Annecy – Haute-Savoie – Mont Banc Airport, perfect if travelling with children.
This is one of the most favourable resorts amongst families, with specific baby lifts and runs available. If this is your first-time skiing then the 12km of easy beginner slope will be plentiful. Once you have mastered the skills and techniques required to be safe on the slopes there are 5km of intermediate runs available, and 1km of difficult terrain for experienced skiers. There is an alternative valley run to explore and a snow park to enjoy. There are 10 lifts around the resort for guests to utilise and elevations at Le Semnoz are between 1,450 and 1,704m.
This family friendly resort offers a memorable experience for everyone, and when the slopes have been tried and tested, try the sledging park which is also available.
