Baqueira resort information

Located in the heart of the Pyrenees in the Aran Valley, Lleida Spain, this resort is one of the largest in the area, at more than 2510m high.

With 35 operational lifts, 6 green runs, 40 blue runs, 37 red runs and 15 black runs, this huge resort has a considerable amount to offer. This world-renowned ski resort is welcoming to everyone, with a ski school, equipment rental, cafés on the slopes, ice skating, heated swimming pools and shops, as well as a large choice of restaurants and bars available for all to enjoy in the evening.

The main activities are skiing and snowboarding, but there are additional pursuits such as hiking, rafting, kayaking and climbing to get involved in. Museums and exhibitions are also available in the villages around the resort. Other activities that can be carried out in Baqueira (0.1km away) are fishing and hunting, although they are both regulated. Lastly there are husky sledge rides, which are ideal for families and groups to participate in.
