This resort has a traditional alpine feel about it, with elevations between 1,500 and 2,420 meters and 120 snow cannons, it is guaranteed that slopes are kept topped up with snow throughout the season. There is a special ski lift and a magic carpet for children and beginners in the village, 12 km of ‘blue’ slopes, 37 km of ‘red’ slopes and 9 km of ‘black’ slopes to challenge the most experienced of skiers. The high altitudes require skill and endurance from skiers, whilst rewarding them with astonishing views and unforgettable moments.
For those wanting something a little calmer, why not try a snowshoe walk on a variety of different, carefully prepared and marked trails, or even go tobogganing on the 4-kilometre run. The observatory, with its 40cm telescope allows you to keep your head amongst the stars. In this area, residents and visitors will also find many Alpine huts built of stone and wood. There is a spa at the resort for recharging after a long day of skiing.
