Oberholz – Farner ski resort is a beautiful place for those seeking a ski experience without the hustle and bustle the larger more commercialised resorts bring. This hidden gem can be found in the Canton of St. Gallen, Eastern Switzerland.
The resort provides slopes specially tailored for beginners and intermediate skiers and boarders, with 3km of easy slopes and 1km of intermediate runs available. Throughout the resort there are 3 operational lifts working daily to transport guests through the elevations of 852m and 1,155m, this is the perfect place for those who are looking for a relaxing nature break with the option of hitting the slopes. Some magnificent views can be witnessed from the highest elevations.
On a Friday evening guests are able to indulge in late night skiing, with the slopes being open and available until 2130hrs. For dining options guests are able to dine at Farner 1,155m and at the base station, hiking is available on marked our routes from the highest peak to Chrinnen, this is the best way to take in the views at a leisurely pace.
