Obersaxen/Mundaun/Val Lumnezia ski resort is situated in the Val Lumnezia, Graubünden, Eastern Switzerland.
This resort is one of the most remarkable within the area boasting 120km of varied slopes, 17 operational lifts and elevations are between 1,201m and 2,310m. For those who appreciate natural beauty there are some breath-taking sights to be witnessed. Easy slopes dominate the resort with a whopping 60km of well-groomed terrain to enjoy, intermediate skiers and boarders are able to explore 40km of slopes and difficult runs for experienced and the most advanced skiers offer 20km of slopes. The varied runs lead over tree-free, wide slopes, but also through the forests in the lower area. Cozy mountain restaurants and fun snow bars with sun terraces and Bündner specialties from the kitchen and the cellar invite you to relax during breaks.
The longest run at Obesaxen is No. 20 Piz Mundaun-Valata it is 15km of total, the most difficult run is No. 2, Carlo Janka this is a challenging run for the most experienced skiers. Other suggested runs include Piz Sezner-Wali, Hitzeggen-Vella, Plitschè-Sasolas and a recommended route offering some magnificent panoramic views is across the 4 peak ski area.
