Located in the is the Mythen Region of Schwyz, Central Switzerland is the Mythenregion Ski Resort. Situated at the foot of the Brünnelistock, the resort consists of 50 kilometres of slopes and offers a huge range of difficulty for skiers and snowboarders.
There are 50 kilometres of slopes for those wanting to sample as many ski runs as possible, with elevations between 1,070 and 1,593 metres. The slopes are predominantly classified as intermediate with 31 kilometres of red runs and 18 kilometres of blue runs and 1 kilometre of black runs. In addition to this there is also 20 Kilometres of cross country ski trails. All this really does ensure the Ski Resort Aussois has a slope for every ability from challenging the experts and welcoming the beginners.
Alternative activities include the fun park for snowboarders, paths for hikers, tobogganing on the new 3.5-kilometre toboggan run and trails for snowshoe hiking. And not to forget - many mountain huts and restaurants for those wanting to relax after a long day on the slopes.
