Gudauri ski resort is located in Mtskheta-Mtianeti, Georgia. This large resort offers 60 kilometres of slopes and elevations are between 1,990 and 3,279 metres. It is the largest and highest ski resort in Georgia with slopes for all skiing and snowboarding abilities. A modern ski resort for all types of skiing has developed here, in the middle of the Caucasus mountains and doesn't have the usual hustle and bustle of some of the busier, larger resorts.
The resort itself consists of 22 kilometres of ‘easy’ runs, 28 kilometres of ‘intermediate’ runs and 10 kilometres of ‘difficult’ runs and there are 11 lifts in total to transport guests around the resort and. This location is known to be great for beginners and intermediate skiers, the peak of the mountain is home to the more ‘difficult’ runs however, do not let this stop you from exploring and taking in the stunning views that are available.
