In the heart of Valmalenco, Lombardy, Italy lies the ski resort of Valmalenco – Alpe Palù. This resort is ideal for skiers of all ages and abilities as there really is a slope for everyone who wants to indulge in exhilarating skiing, a variety of winter activities and relaxing après-ski.
The resort itself consists of 23.3 kilometres of ski slopes set between elevation ranges of 1,527 and 2,353 metres. Made up of 10.4 kilometres of easy slopes, 8.1 kilometres of intermediate slopes and 4.8 kilometres of expert slopes, Valmalenco has 8 lifts for seamless transportation around the resort. So, whether you are a confident cruiser or an absolute powder professional, you’re sure to find a slope to suit you. The resort's terrain park proves highly popular with a range of obstacles such as jumps, boxes and rails for snowboarders to really show off their skills. In addition to this, skiers can also take advantage of 38.5 kilometres of classic cross-country ski-runs.
After a long day indulging on the powdered slopes, guests can choose between a selection of restaurants and rustic huts with table service, along with a selection of bars for après-ski.
