The ski resort Espace San Bernardo – La Rosière/La Thuile is located in Savoie, France and in Valle d'Aosta, Italy and offers spectacular views of Mont Blanc. With it being a south-facing resort, the Espace San Bernardo is one of the sunniest resorts in the Alps.
With just the one lift pass visitors can take great advantage of over 160 kilometres of slopes which are situated between the elevations of 1,176 and 2,641 metres. Covering pistes of all difficulties skiers can choose to take it easy on the 55 kilometres of easy slopes, build up their confidence on 83 kilometres of intermediate slopes or really show off their endurance skills on the 22 kilometres of expert slopes, ensuring skiers and boarders of all ages and ability have a fantastic winter holiday. Guests will revel in the fact that there are very short waiting times for the 34 lifts situated in the resort. These lifts ensure transportation to desired pistes is quick and easy as well as giving residents the time to take in the breath-taking alpine views on offer. A trip to this resort isn't completed without a trip up the Fort Express chair lift where guests can experience the brand new "Panoramic Experience" footbridge which provides outstanding 360-degree views of Mont Blanc, France and Italy.
There are so many other activities to take part in including cross country skiing, heli-skiing on the Rutor and Miravidi glaciers there is even a snowkite area at the Petit St Bernard pass.
