Fagerlam-Forstau has a breath-taking back drop offering some remarkable views of the surrounding mountains. This resort offers a range of slopes for all skiing capabilities. With elevations between 930 metres and 1885 metres, 15 kilometres of slopes and 2.4 kilometres of additional routes for skiing and snowboarding.
This is a perfect family resort which offers children their own ski slopes in the Fager Forest. For the experienced skier, there are 7 kilometres of 'easy' green and blue runs and 8 kilometres of 'intermediate' red runs this is perfect for the novice skier who is seeking winter sports fun.
There are many options when it comes to dining. The Heideggalm restaurant is recommended, it is located in the mountains and offers a delicious and varied menu. Another recommendation is Zefferer Alm, a very quaint, welcoming and family friendly establishment.
