The ski resort Gföllberglift–Holzgau is a beautifully petite resort located in the Naturpark Lechtal, Tyrol, Austria. There are 2.5 kilometres of slopes for skiers and snowboarders to enjoy, with elevation ranges between 1,108 and 1,329 metres and is only a 40-minute transfer from the nearest airport. This resort is perfect for beginners and families who are new to the winter sport.
The resorts 2.5 kilometres of slopes consist of 1.5 kilometres of ‘easy’ blue slopes and 1 kilometre of ‘intermediate’ red slopes and are ideal for smooth descents and simple terrain. Even though the resort itself is small and intimate, there is still so much to do as well as skiing down the slopes. At the end of a long day on the slopes the Gasthof Restaurant, Dorfstube comes highly recommended with its modern space and rustic alpine charm.
