Hinterstoder-Hoss ski resort is difficult to miss, with 40km of slopes available hidden within an idyllic winter wonderland, with beautiful landscapes and mountain scenery this large resort has something for everyone. Being situated in the Stodertal, Upper Austria, Oberosterreich,Steyr-Kirchdorf it is conveniently located just 60 minutes travel time from the nearest airport, ‘Blue Danube Airport Linz’.
The resort offers terrains for all skiing abilities, there are 12km of ‘easy’ slopes, 18km of ‘intermediate’ and 10km of ‘difficult’ runs for skiing and snowboarding, a sunny snow park for children and a speed course as well as a cross country trail is available. There are 14 operational lifts, one of which (the cable car) leads directly from the centre of town to ‘Hutterer oden’ which links to the ‘Hoss’ with the ‘Hoss Express’, or experienced skiers the Hannes-Trinkl World Cup run is worth your time, elevations are between 600 and 2,000m. The longest run here is the Schafkogel-base it is 7.4km in length.
