For a wonderful break in the Imst Holiday Region, the beautiful ski resort Hoch-Imst is a must. It is located in the Tiroler Oberland Region, Tyrol, Austria.
There are slopes here to suit all skiing abilities, with 9km of slopes available (4km of ‘easy’ 3km of ‘intermediate’ and 2km of ‘difficult’ runs) it is the perfect choice when traveling with children, the whole family is able to enjoy the slopes no matter how experienced. This is a high altitude resort with elevations between 1,053 and 2,026m, there are 4 operational lifts to transport guests around the mountain.
The slopes here are easy to navigate, they are relaxing and enjoy with gentle curves making it easier to ski and snowboard. It is recommended that once guests reach the highest elevation if they take the small hike to Vorderes Alpjoch, the most remarkable views can be seen from here. Another highlight of the resort is the night skiing which is open Wednesday and Saturday from 1830hrs to 2130hrs. If you are travelling with children it will be good to know that the nearest airport Flugplatz Reutte-Höfen is just 60 minutes direct travel time away.
