The ski resort Grünberg–Obsteig is an intimate, beautiful resort located in Innsbruck and its holiday villages in Tyrol, Austria. There are 1.3 kilometres of slopes for skiers and snowboarders to enjoy, with elevation ranges between 1,030 and 1,102 meters, perfect for beginners and families who are looking to take it easy on the slopes.
Guests can take their time and enjoy the 1 kilometre of easy slopes and the 0.3 kilometres of intermediate slopes which consist of wide runs with smooth descents to ensure a pleasant gliding experience. 100% of the slopes are covered with artificial snowmaking facilities which guarantee fantastic snow coverage throughout the winter season. Even though the resort itself it small and intimate, there is still so much to do as well as skiing down the slopes. Why not take a special guided tour and learn about the Folklore of the village, go snow show walking on the prepared routes or even take a beautiful lantern walk. There is also a valley run available and beginners and children can come here to learn the techniques required. This is a wonderful place for practising and building up confidence on the slopes.
