Wetterstein lifts – Ehrwald ski resort is situated on the western side of the Wetterstein Mountains, directly at the foot of the Zugspitze in the well-known Tiroler Zugspitz Arena, Tyrol, Austria. This wonderful resort offers guests a wonderful opportunity to explore the mountain via the slopes available, there are in total 23km of varied slopes available, 15km of easy slopes, 5km of intermediate slopes and 3km of difficult slopes to explore. To travel around the mountain there are 4 operational lifts and elevations are between 1,000 and 1,530m. Various restaurants are located throughout the resort offering the chance to take a minute to sit back in comfort and appreciate the panoramic views.
The Wetterstein lifts resort is one of the only resorts within the area to offer A 6-person chairlift with weather protectors and child safety restraints, making it one of the more desirable family friendly resorts, as well as adapted chair lifts the resort offers children's areas run by the ski schools as well as an ideal practice area with a magic carpet and tow lift right at the entry point on the Sonnenhang.
The slopes are primarily dominated by easy beginner runs, with 15km but there are slopes for other skiing abilities 5km of owned by intermediate slopes for novice skiers and 3km of difficult terrain to be challenged.
