Portillo resort information

Portillo ski resort is situated in the beautiful Valparaíso Region, Chile. The resort provides guests with 20km of varied slopes and 10km of alternative ski routes and a valley run to explore.

The slopes have been divided into three levels of skiing capabilities, easy, intermediate and difficult. Easy slopes own 10km of slopes, perfect for beginners and children who need to learn the skills and techniques to advance onto the 4km of intermediate slopes. Once experience and skills have been perfected guests can try the 6km of difficult terrain which is perfect for a challenge, there is an alternative valley run available also. Elevations at Portillo are between 2,580m and 3,310m, ensuring the resort is above treeline, to access the entire resort there is a network of 14 operational lifts.

The resort is listed at one of Forbes' "Top 10 Coolest All-Inclusive Resorts". Not only is this a favourable resort in the winter but also in the summer, because the views are astounding and the natural landscapes are stunning. Take the Condor lift to the highest elevation to ensure the best panoramic views of Laguna Del Inca especially from the La Laguna car lift and the El Plateau lift.
