Grasgehren–Bolgengrat Ski Resort is located in the Hörnerdörfer Mountain, in Swabia, Schwaben, Bavaria, Germany. It may be a small resort with a relaxed, less crowded vibe, but it more than caters for skiers and snowboarders of all ages and abilities. With over 11.6 kilometres of slopes and elevation ranges between 1,400 and 1,700 metres, quality snowfall is guaranteed throughout the winter season, perfect for a family holiday in the snow.
Grasgehren–Bolgengrat is best suited for intermediate skiers and snowboarders with 8.5 kilometres of ‘intermediate’ red slopes, including Bolgengratbahn. There is also a lot of terrain for beginners, if you’re after a smooth ride on the slopes then the 3.1 kilometres of ‘easy’ blue slopes ensure pleasant gliding, the slopes at the top of Grasgehrenlift 1 are for you. So whether you are confident on your skis or a beginner you are sure to find something to suit your skill level.
The fun doesn’t end on the slopes; there is a wealth of alternative activities to take part in including, tobogganing and snow shoe walking. There is a little restaurant located at the base of the resort, which serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, fast food and snacks.
