The Geiersberg–Hauzenberg ski resort in Passauer Land, Passau Land Region near the Bavarian Forest in Germany. It is a popular, cosy and family orientated ski resort which offers 0.8 kilometres of ‘easy’ slopes for guests to ski and snowboard and is ideal for those who are seeking a skiing experience for the first time.
With elevation ranges between 800 and 854 metres the slopes ensure a smooth cruise and gradual descents in order for novice skiers to improve on their skills. For those who are a little more ambitious, the resort also offers some cross-country ski trails through the ridge of the Bavarian Forest. If you’re after a short break from the slopes then guests can visit the "Innervation Swing" in the cosy guest house at the lift for a snack and a quick beverage before the fun on the slopes continues.
Even though the resort itself it small and intimate, there is still so much to do as well as skiing down the slopes. Guests are encouraged to take a short walk into the centre of the Bavarian town, to experience local customs and delicious cuisine.
