The Engländerlifts – Jakobsthal Ski Resort is located in the County of Aschaffenburg, Bavaria Germany. Even though the resort may be small, it is provides a close knit, family feel and doesn’t fail to disappoint as residents are blown away with the views on arrival. The resort is well known for offering a relaxing ski holiday which is ideal for families and beginning skiers who are looking to take their first winter skiing holiday.
For skiing and snowboarding, the resort provides 2.2 kilometres of slopes set at elevations between 420 and 500 metres. The entirety of the slopes are dedicated to easy slopes with wide open and smooth descending runs. There is such a relaxed atmosphere here so there is not the buzz and pressure you can sometimes get at some of the larger, busier resorts. For those of you who are into a bit more of extreme sporting there is a fun park for snowboarders which can be found on the right side of lift 1 and has rail, pipe and kicker for practicing and showing off your skills. Also located outside the ski slopes is the designated tobogganing area.
Whatever you are into, the Engländerlifts – Jakobsthal Ski Resort has a little something for everyone to enjoy and make their holiday one to remember.
