You will find the Mehliskopf Ski Resort located in the Bühl-Bühlertal Holiday Region of Baden-Württemberg, Germany. The resort has a breathtaking yet traditional alpine feel about it and it proves to be a resort of choice for many skiers boasting the reputation of having one of the longest slopes in the Black Forest.
Skiers can take delight in the resorts 1.5 kilometres of slopes with elevations between 825 and 1,000 metres. Those who are experiencing their first ever steps on the snow will feel at ease on the 0.5 kilometres of wide open slopes and can use the 70m long tow rope to practice their first curves. More confident skiers can hone their skills on a further 0.5 kilometres of intermediate slopes whilst the experts can tackle the 0.5 kilometres of difficult slopes, including the longest most demanding slope in the area, there really is something for every skier to enjoy limitless amounts of fun in the snow. Night skiing is also available at the Mehliskopf Ski Resort on 1.5 kilometres of floodlit slopes which are open daily until 22:00, perfect for those who find the skiing day that little bit too short.
Once the skiing day is over, residents can wind down and recharge their batteries in some of the delightful rustic huts and restaurants. There is a lovely little restaurant located at the bottom of the Mehliskopf lift which serves delicious food and scenic views from its large sun terrace. Or if it’s just a quick refuel you want then you can grab a quick bite at the snack bar located between the two double T-bar lifts.
