Vogelskopf ski resort is situated on the Baiersbronn Mountain in the district of Freudenstadt in Baden-Württemberg in southern Germany. Located in the famous Black Forest on the Murg River, close to the mountain of Rinkenkopf.
On the mountain there are many mini ski resorts conjoined to make a magnificent ski retreat. Vogelskopf offers 1.5km of slopes for intermediate and experienced skiers, there are no easy beginner slopes located at this station. There is 1 lift transporting guests through the elevations of 880m and 890m. This is the perfect place for advanced skiers who want to enjoy the slopes at speed and excel in winter sports. There are 0.9km of intermediate slopes to explore and 0.6km of difficult terrain to challenge. There is an alternative valley run available, and when guests aren’t quite ready to quit ski skiing is available on 0.6km of flood lit slopes.
Located close to the resort are many restaurants offering snacks, a delicious menu and refreshments, a perfect place to stop and enjoy the sights available as well as refuelling before hitting the slopes again.
