The Ski Resort Carezza-Ski is Located in the Eggental Valley of South Tyrol and the Val di Fassa area of Trentino, Italy. It has a reputation for being one of the oldest and most traditional ski resorts in the Dolomites as well as being the sunniest resort in South Tyrol, with up to 8 hours of sunshine a day. It is only a short 40-minute transfer from Bolzano airport.
Carezza-Ski is a resort that caters for everyone and every ability, although it is more targeted towards beginners and intermediate skiers. The 21.2 kilometres of ‘easy’ blue slopes are wider for youngsters and beginners to practice turning and stopping skills. King Laurin’s Kids’ World is an ideal starting place for younger children to have fun in the snow. There are 14.9 kilometres of ‘intermediate’ red slopes providing a greater challenge and 3.9 kilometres of steep professional pistes for skiing fanatics and experts. Situated within the resort there is also a freestyle snow park located at the foot of the Rotwand Mountain, with obstacles including the Easy Kicker and Easy Box Line to work on their skills.
Specially prepared winter hiking trails, snow hiking and tobogganing are amongst some of the exciting activities available at the resort. The après ski, sun terraces, mountain restaurants and ski huts are perfect for those who want to taste the local delicacies and simply relax after a long day on the slopes.
