The ski resort Mondolè Ski – Artesina/Frabosa Soprana/Prato Nevoso is located in the Province of Cuneo, Piedmont in Italy and has the reputation of being one of Piedmont's most advanced ski resorts. Visitors. Consisting of a whopping 105.3 kilometres of exhilarating slopes for skiers and snowboarders to take advantage of, the awe-inspiring view is a big part of the beauty of the resort and can be enjoyed whilst skiing or on one of the 24 ski lifts guests can use to get around.
With an elevation between 807 and 2,085 metres, visitors and residents can find a whole range of different surfaces to ski or snowboard on as terrain ranges from gentle nursery slopes to challenging, well maintained slopes, you can be sure to find the ideal slope for your level of skiing. Whether you choose one of the pleasant descents as part of 42.7 kilometres of easy slopes, or slightly more challenging courses as part of the 51 kilometres of intermediate slopes, guests will be able to improve their skills and become more confident on snow or challenge yourself on the 11.6 kilometres of expert slopes. Night skiing is also available at Prato Nevoso on 2.5 kilometres of slopes to ski under the stars.
For those who go on skiing holidays for the adventure, there is also a range of alternative activities including cross country runs, dog sledding, heli skiing, ice skating, sleigh trips, snow tubing and winter hiking, just to name a few. There are also many restaurants, local bars with discos and places to meet on the slopes as well as a shopping centre, all this makes for an ideal holiday destination for tourists of all ages.
