This petite resort, Haider Alm-St. Valentin auf der Haide, can be found in South Tyrol, Trention-Alto, Italy. This wonderful resort offers 20 km of slopes for skiing and snow-barding. There are slopes to suit every skiing abilities, 2km of ‘easy’ terrain, 13 km of ‘intermediate’ runs and 5 km of ‘difficult’ slopes to enjoy. Elevations here are between 1,472 and 2,600 metres.
There are 5 lifts here to transport guests around the beautiful white snow-covered mountain. To access the longest run, take the gondola lift from the centre of the village to the Haideralm Mountain ‘Vinschgau’ point and ski straight back to your hotel door. This resort is perfectly suited for intermediate skiers, with a large section of slopes above the treeline in the upper area.
Guests can enjoy more than the slopes ahead, with magnificent views from the Panorama slope of Lake Rechen and many more. There is an attractive valley run at the gondola lift which leads through the forest. To access the practice area, take the Valatsch pommel lift.
