The ski resort Maseben – Langtaufers (Vallelunga) is an intimate, beautiful resort located in the Venosta Valley (Vinschgau) of South Tyrol, Italy. There are 5.8 kilometres of slopes for skiers and snowboarders to enjoy, with elevation ranges between 1,858 and 2,266 meters, perfect for beginners and families who are looking to take it easy on the slopes.
Beginners can practice their skills and find their feet on the 2.9 kilometres of easy slopes and when confident, progress onto the slightly more challenging 2.9 kilometres of intermediate slopes. There are 2 lifts to transport guests to their desired slopes as well as giving them the opportunity to experience the breath-taking views this resort has to offer.
The mountain hut located at 2,200 metres is an ideal place to take a break from the slopes. It is a warm, cosy cottage set amongst the backdrop of the beautiful mountains, which serves delicious food from breakfast right through to evening meals. There are even numerous activities to take part in which include hiking through the alpine scenery on breath-taking ski tours to snowshoe hikes on prepared trails.
