The ski resort Kasprowy Wierch – Zakopane is located in Zakopane Poland and has the reputation of being Poland’s highest and most popular ski resort offering beautiful view of the High Tatras and Zakopane. Only a short transfer from the nearest airports, Poprad or Krakow, it is perfect the more advanced skiers and snowboarders.
With its 15 kilometers of slopes and elevations between 1,014 and 1,987 meters, the resort has something for everyone, alongside 4 ski lifts which makes travelling around the resort and mountains so much easier. The slopes are more targeted towards the intermediate skiers with a total of 11.5 kilometres of slopes, the upper part of Kasprowy Wierch is perfect for skiers who want to experience steep terrain amongst the tree line. The most difficult slopes in the entire resort is the 1.2-kilometre-long Gasienicowa slope. For those who want to take things a little easier there is 3.5 kilometres of easy slopes where the terrain is of a more gradual descent.
