Harghita Bai ski resort is a petite little delight that is located in Harghita County, Romania. It is a cosy resort which is divided into three parts. The mountain has three sections, ‘Miklos’ which has red run number 2, ‘Kossuth’ the largest section of the mountain is the home of black run 3, red run 4 and blue run 5, ‘Cspike’ homes 3 mountain top restaurants and blue run number 1. Elevations are between 1,341 and 1,671m. In total, on the mountain there are 7km of slopes to choose from. ‘Easy’ runs have 5.5km ‘intermediate’ 1km and ‘difficult’ 0.5km.
There are 5 lifts operating continuously to transport guests, this is a great place for tourists and locals, and it is a wonderful choice for a family weekend break. A surprising element is the longest tirolina (zipline) in Romania. There are wonderful segregated slopes for children and adults so everyone, no matter how experienced is able to have fun. Transylvania Airport is the closest airport which is situated 145km away.
