Big Sky Resort, Montana USA is the largest resort in America. With over 300 runs, and a 4350ft vertical drop, this resort is every skiers dream come true.
Situated in breath-taking surroundings, Big Sky Resort boasts 250km of slopes for skiing and snow-boarding, with an additional 100km of ski routes between elevations of 2078m and 3398m. All supplied by 28 lifts, it is extremely easy to get to your new favourite slopes at Big Sky ski resort.
The slopes here are primarily for experienced skiers with 50% of the slopes allocated to advanced skiers. That being said, novice and amateur skiers can still enjoy 9km of slopes and easy runs for beginners, and children can make use of easy slopes covering 55km.
With skiing comes food, and at this large resort it goes without saying that the options available are endless. Italian restaurants, bars, grills, pizza restaurants, coffee shops, snack bars, cocktail bars, sushi, bakeries and sandwich shops are available. The nearest airport is 2 hours away, however the travel time is totally worth it, given the extensive amount of skiing and amazing activities on offer.
