The ski resort Knittellifte – Elbigenalp is located in the Naturpark Lechtal of Tyrol, Austria. Despite not being as big as some resorts in the area, skiers and snowboarders still have over 2 kilometres of slopes to experience which are accessible using the 3 ski lifts which transport guests to their slopes of choice.
Between elevation ranges of 1,040 and 1,140 metres the resort is more suited towards the novice and slightly more advanced skiers and consists of 1.5 kilometres of easy slopes and 0.5 kilometres of intermediates slopes, this combination leads to pleasant descents, ideal for families and first-time skiers wanting a great first skiing and snowboarding experience. Given the size of the resort there is often no waiting times and families can enjoy the slopes to their heart’s delight. For those who want to continue the skiing fun into the later hours, night skiing is available on the entirety of the resort which is great news for night owls.
