The Ski Resort Alpe Furx – Furx (Zwischenwasser) is a fantastic resort located in Bodensee-Vorarlberg, Austria. Only an hour away from Bondensee airport, this small and intimate resort is perfect for those who are new to this popular winter sport.
Skiers and snowboarders can revel in the 2.5 kilometres of slopes and ranging elevations between 900 and 1,200 meters. With 2 kilometres of easy slopes, 0.5 kilometres of intermediate slopes, 2 T bar lifts and 2 beginner rope tows to transport guests around the resort, it is easy to see why this resort is the first port of call for those who are looking to improve on their skiing abilities.
A little extra something for guests and visitors who find the skiing day too short, the resort provides night skiing on a 2-kilometre floodlit slope which remains open until 22:00. An exhilarating valley run and artificial snow making facilities ensure that there is great snow coverage throughout the popular ski seasons.
In addition to skiing there is also an array of amenities to experience including terraces, restaurants and friendly villages to explore whilst taking a break from the slopes. Glashaus Essen and Trinken is a great bar with a small but excellent menu and serves delicious, international and modern dishes. There is also Alpwegkopfhaus which is a firm popular with many, as Skiers will be able to reward themselves with a guilt free lunch at this little gem at the pinnacle of the mountain!
