Nassfeld – Heragor ski resort is the largest in Carinthia Austria it offers winter fun and a mountain panorama. It provides guests with a whopping 110km of slopes. The majority of the slopes have been designated to intermediate skiers who have 69km of slopes to explore, beginners are able to find themselves 30km of easy runs and there is 11km of difficult terrain for the experienced skiers and snowboarders. The slopes are wide and well-groomed for better skiing conditions. The runs on the Garnitzenberg lead over almost treeless slopes, while the slopes towards the Troegl ski area, the Tressdorfer Alm and to Sonnleitn lead through forest aisles down to the valley. The slopes on the Troghoehe (2,020 m) lead through majestic cliffs down to Rastl. The 7.6 km long Carnia run leads through a long forest aisle down to Troepolach.
The resorts elevations are between 600 and 2,002m, to transport around the resort there are 30 operational lifts. The Nassfeld ski resort combines a variety of slopes with a Southern flair, you are able to head over the border to Italy for some lunch, enjoy some Italian delicacies at the Ristoranti. For additional fun back on the slopes skiers and boarders are able to indulge in the snow park and fun run, explore the freeride areas, try the Ski Movie race course and so much more.
