The ski resort Nordkette – Innsbruck is a hidden gem in Innsbruck and its Holiday Villages, Tyrol, Austria. This cosy resort provides ski and snowboarders with 13.9km of slopes and 5km of ski routes, elevations are between 860 and 2,256m, there are 5 lifts working daily to transport guests around the resort. The Nordketten lift transport visitors directly from the city centre of Innsbruck up to high mountain terrain in only 20 minutes.
The resort is accommodating for all skiing abilities and families, intermediate slopes dominate with 13km of terrain to explore, easy runs have 0.5km and difficult slopes take up 0.4km. There is an alternative valley run available for those who wish to explore further, weather permitted and a snow park. The longest run at the resort is the Hafelerkar – Hungerburg (6km), the most difficult run is the Veilbahnrinne, and other recommended runs are Kurzes Tal and Dreier Hang
