Diedamskopf ski resort can be found amongst the mountains in Bregenzerwald Austria. This is an average sized resort with 40km of slopes available, with 8 operational lifts available to transport guests up to their chosen run. Elevations here are between 820m and 2060m. The highest mountain lift station is located here in the Bregenzerwald, at a whopping 2060m high. From the peak, guests are able to take in some of the most breath-taking views of the unique 300 peak Lake Constance panorama. This wonderful resort is located just 90 minutes from the airport.
The slopes available range from easy, intermediate and difficult levels, easy runs take up 13km of the slopes, intermediate runs dominate 18km and for the most experienced skiers, difficult runs take up 9km of the resort.
Aside from the 40km of slopes there is a valley run which offers adrenaline, excitement and enjoyment. It is 10km in length and covers 1200 vertical meters from the peak of the Diedamskopf to the valley. Also found here is the Pleasure Diedamspark, this is a climactic point for freestyle snowboarders. Many other alternative activities include winter hikes, para-gliding and hang-gliding.
Not only is there so much to do outdoors here but dining also comes recommended, with food and refreshments served at four different mountain restaurants on the Diedamskopf. With so many flavoursome menus available and terrace views to experience the whole package makes for a wonderful break.
