The Ski Resort Vent is located in Ötztal, Tiroler Oberland Region of Austria. Famous for its endless sunshine, the resort is only a short 1 hour 20 minutes away from Innsbruck Airport. Offering a range of slopes for beginner and intermediate skiers and snowboarders, guests are able to experience elevations between 1,890 and 2,680 meters on over 15 kilometres of diverse slopes as well as taking in some awe inspiring views of the glistening mountain peaks towering above the tranquil village.
Throughout the resort, there is certainly an emphasis on more intermediate slopes, which are perfect for those who are wanting to give themselves more of a challenge. For that adrenaline rush, there are 10 kilometres of red runs including the Abfahrt Stablein and the Wilder Mann. For those who want to take things a little easier, there are 5 kilometres of blue runs such as the Gampen which is a great starting point with wide runs and smooth descents.
Activities within the resort aren't just limited to skiing and snowboarding, guests can explore the cross-country skiing trails, enjoy high speed descents down the toboggan run, go on a romantic sleigh ride or eat at some of the many restaurants and bars. The Gasthof Gstrein is a stylish restaurant which serves mouth-watering regional cuisine.
After dining guests can relax in a lounger on the terrace - a perfect place for a break from the slopes, or take the fun into the evening at Prostkastl, the best in the area for après-ski.
