Pucón resort information

The ski resort Villarrica – Pucón is located in the Araucanía Region Chile. It is a beautiful intimate resort surrounded by the stunning backdrop of the surrounding mountains, volcanoes and lakes. Consisting of 30 kilometres of ski slopes and elevations between 1,380 and 2,100 metres, the resort is ensured an excellent quality of snow right up to the start of Spring.

Villarrica – Pucón’s terrain includes some groomed runs and is very much suited to beginners and intermediates who are looking for a fun winters holiday on the slopes. There are 12 kilometres of easy slopes that cater for those who are new to skiing and want to experience slower paced pistes, whilst the 10 kilometres of ‘intermediate’ red slopes and 8 kilometres of ‘expert’ black slopes offer a more challenging ride and off piste areas for more experienced skiers and free riders.

Alongside the variety of slopes, guests can take walks with snowshoes amongst the Villarrica volcano or tobogganing, for extreme relaxation guests can take a trip to the nearby thermal spas. There are so many après-ski options on offer in the resort, with an abundance of cafes, restaurants and bars to wind down in after a long day on the slopes.
