Sierra at Tahoe resort information

Situated at the magnificent Lake Tahoe in the USA, Sierra at Tahoe ski resort is one of the best Californian ski experiences on offer. It has over 46.4km of slopes for guests to enjoy, as well as 50km of runs to discover, making this the ideal resort for skiers that like to explore the area in depth. There are also 10 ski lifts to ferry guests around, between elevations of 2,024m and 2,698m.

The resort has been recognised by TransWorld SNOWboarding as one of the top ten overall resorts in the world. For this reason, it receives thousands of guests per year, all wanting to enjoy a winter escape and sample some incredible slopes at the same time. Slopes are divided into 12km of blue easy slopes, 23km of red intermediate slopes and 11.5km of black difficult slopes. The variety here ensures that novice skiers can get up to scratch whilst the more advanced can still challenge themselves. Pleasure skiers can enjoy exploring 50km of marked ski routes and forest trails as well as a superb valley run too. For freestylers, there is a snow park available too.
