For some fantastic skiing and snowboarding on the American west coast, Snow Valley in California is the perfect choice. With 34km of slopes available, there is also 1 ski lifts for passengers to use when navigating the resort. Elevations range between 2,050m and 2,390m, allowing for a varied amount of terrain for guests to ski on.
There are 4km of easy blue slopes, 20km of intermediate red slopes and 10km of difficult black slopes. This is ideal for winter sports enthusiasts of various skill levels, from newcomers looking to enjoy their very first skiing experience to pro-skiers looking for their next exhilarating challenge. At this resort, there is a valley run for those who want to explore the area, a snow park and halfpipe for freestyle skiers to work on their tricks, and night skiing for those who can’t fit enough skiing and snowboarding into one day.
For those feeling the pangs of hunger after a tiring day on the slopes, there are plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from at Snow Valley. Highlights include Deer Meadow Grille for amazing burgers and The Chalet Restaurant where you can have ‘made to order’ breakfasts that will set you up for the day. For some quality après ski fun, head down to the Last Run Lounge.
