Set within the stunning valleys of Canterbury, New Zealand, the Temple Basin ski resort is a great option for globe-trotters who may have never considered the typically picturesque country as a skiing or snowboarding hotspot. There are 10km of slopes available at the resort, as well as 3 ski lifts that will transport guests around the resort in perfect comfort. Elevations of the resort range between 1,326m and 1,753m.
Founded in 1929, this resort is one of the oldest in New Zealand, and visitors and residents can expect an abundance of fresh snow during the winter period due to the natural positioning on the main divide of the Southern Alps of New Zealand.
