Klövsjö resort information

Located in the Vemdalen, Jamtland area of Northern Sweden is the Klövsjö/Storhogna Ski resort with plenty to offer the discernible skier or snowboarder. With over 19 km of slopes between elevations of 448 and 875 metres, there is a perfect variety of terrain for all abilities to take advantage of.

The slopes can be divided by skill levels, with 13 kilometres of easy slopes, 3 kilometres of intermediate slopes and 3 kilometres of difficult slopes available for skiers and snowboarders. The weighting towards easy slopes means there are plenty of opportunities for beginners to find their feet. Starting off on the gentler slopes such as the Barnbacken, when you’re feeling a little more confident you can work your way up to the red runs including Ripbranten and Ravinen. And if you’re reading to get your teeth into something more extreme then the black runs Svartashanget, Storslalombacken and Supersvangen, all located in the centre of the resort near the race area ensure even the most confident of skiers are pushed to their limits. Night skiing is even available for those night owls who want to spend even more time on the slopes, the 2.5 kilometres of slopes are floodlit meaning guests can ski under the stars.

When it is time to unwind and relax there are numerous mountain huts and restaurants or to take relaxation to the next level there is even a spa which offers holistic treatments.
